Due to an emergency matter we have to quickly move some of our US based services to a new data center. This requires changing the IP address associated with the services some customers are currently using. During the migration customer services may become unavailable. Once the migration is complete, all the customers will be notified via e-mail about the new IP allocated for them.
If you're using external name servers, you may need to change the name server records to point the new server IP.
