In order to be able to offer high-quality web hosting services still at a good price, most of the time we are busy to monitor our servers as well to enhance the services provided. We do not plan to have a large number of customers that we cannot manage to support. Instead our goal is to deal with each single issue with confidence providing adequate solutions. Phone support requires more time and human resources, something that we cannot currently afford if we want to provide the same service quality and keep the low prices we have.
Although we don't have phone support we answer the questions sent through our ticketing system with highest possible priority. Typical ticket response time is about 30 minutes and most of the tickets are resolved within 2-4 hours, still that depends of the technical matter of the problem reported.
